Butter Dabeli is a popular Indian street food originating from the Kutch region of Gujarat. It consists of a soft pav (bun) filled with a sweet, tangy, and spicy potato mixture, which is then toasted generously in butter on a tawa (griddle). Often referred to as a “Kutchi burger,” this snack is garnished with nylon sev, pomegranate seeds, masala peanuts, and fresh coriander.
