With only a small amount of savings and a big dream, he and my mother began a humble farsan business from scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Those early years were not easy. The whole family worked side by side\u2014mixing, frying, and serving each order with pride. Even as life took its turns and the family went separate ways, my parents continued to carry the business forward with heart, faith, and determination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Their dedication turned Diamond Farsan into a beloved name in Ankleshwar\u2014a place where people came not just for snacks, but for the warmth of tradition and the taste of home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Growing up, I watched and learned\u2014the art of farsan making, the discipline behind every process, and the love that made it special. My path took me into Hotel Management studies in India, then to work in a luxury resort in Chennai. But the heart knows its home. In 2017, I returned to join the family business, realizing that the legacy my parents built was far more than a livelihood\u2014it was our identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">A year later, I came to Canada to study Culinary Management, discovering new cuisines, new methods, and a global appreciation for food. Yet, every dish reminded me of the flavours of home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">And now, in 2025, that dream comes full circle.<br>I\u2019m proud to bring my family\u2019s legacy to Canada under the banner of Snacksgaala by Diamond Farsan.
